History

Villanova University Financial Engineering Courses were founded in 2015 by a group of passionate and experienced financial experts and educators. Our goal was to provide high-quality and comprehensive courses in financial engineering for graduate students. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our offerings to incorporate projects sponsored by industry to leverage learnings from curriculum into company specific projects that will help the firm save money and/or drive new revenue. Our team is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and constantly improving our curriculum to ensure our students receive the best education possible. Today, we are proud to have helped numerous students achieve their career goals and establish ourselves as a leading educational organization in the field of financial engineering.

Dr. Miller is an experienced financial engineering professional with a passion for teaching and helping students gain industry experience for the next generation of data scientists. Dr. Miller's diverse background and expertise in industry as well as his experience teaching corporate and quantitative finance allows him to offer a well-rounded and comprehensive curriculum to our students.
